You are the one and only
I chose to stay
You chose to run
And how you think you know me
Just isn't real,
I'd like to call you my own when I think about
Having fun
You are the one and only
Who shines above
Cause my idea of a perfect love is a disruption in a nervous panic
In the middle of manhattan,
No one knows me
But you noticed me
Vulnerability
Attracted you
Now I'm on my knees
On my knees
You are the one and only
I chose to stay
You chose to run
And how you think you know me
Just isn't real,
I'd like to call you my own when I think about
Having fun
You are the one and only
Who shines above
Cause my idea of a perfect love is a disruption in a nervous panic
In the middle of manhattan,
No one knows me
But you noticed me
Vulnerability
Attracted you
Now I'm on my knees
On my knees
Finally you made a sound
You were lost and now you're found
I'll just keep looking around
And by my feet and above the ground,
We're tightly knit and loosely bound
Hopefully she'll notice me
Opener absolutely rips. Falls into the ranks of tracks like “Dance” by ESG, “Eisbaer” by Grauzone, “Damaged Goods” by Gang of Four or like the album description says Kleenex. This is some really good stuff. Favorite song is the opener but dedicate “Blue” to my friend Blue who lost her life at 22, she would have loved this album. TheBloodofChrist
Brooklyn art-poppers bid farewell with three cerebral bangers that treat the inevitable end as a vehicle for dance-ready catharsis. Bandcamp New & Notable Aug 21, 2019
I refuse to pick a favourite, the best track is the whole dang album. Mine/Yours is the most romantic song of all time, Hive Collapse is the most heartbreaking end of a friendship, Milky way is the best nervous breakdown, ... it's all gold. Thank you Long Neck! elisk_
